What is your return or exchange policy for gold and diamond jewellery?

We offer a 100% transparent Return & Exchange Policy:

• • Diamond Value: 90% of the diamond value (as per the original bill) will be offered.
• • Gold Value: Gold will be valued at the prevailing market rate at the time of return or exchange.
• • Stone Charges: No value will be offered for stone charges.
• • GST: GST paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
• • SOLITAIRE: Market value of Solitaire Diamond will be calculated.

In case of any breakage or loss of jewellery or its parts, the weight of gold and diamonds will be calculated accordingly. All other aspects of the transaction will be handled as per our Return and Exchange Policy.
