Can I cancel my order if I change my mind after ordering?

  • Yes, you can cancel non-ready-to-ship products within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellations are not allowed for products procured for special festival occasions or limited-time offers curated by the marketing team.

Why a 24-hour deadline?

  • Once your order is confirmed, processing begins immediately.
  • Activities like Manufacturing, packaging, customizing, and logistics coordination start right away, and in most cases, the item has already entered production or dispatch phases.

What if I cancel after 24 hours?

  • Cancellations after 24 hours are handled case-by-case by our Customer Care team, depending on how far the order has progressed.
  • Refunds in such cases are issued in the form of a Store Credit only.
  • Store Credits can be redeemed on our website within a specific validity period.
  • Order cancellations are processed within 2 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once complete.

Could there be delays due to unforeseen circumstances at Aumkar Jewellers?

  • Although we aim to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues.

  • In such cases, we will send formal communication offering you two options:

    • a) Accept a Store Credit of equal value to use for another purchase.
    • b) Request a refund of your paid amount (terms apply).

What if I can’t find an alternative item?

  • A full refund (including product and shipping charges) will be initiated without deductions.

  5. Resolution Offered

    • Based on inspection, we may offer:

      • a) Store Credit, or
      • b) Refund (based on the case).

  • If the error is on our part, you may choose between:

    3. Full Refund

  2. If delays are caused by natural disasters, public holidays, or government intervention, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed.

  3. If the issue is due to a customer's ordering error, the customer must pay additional shipping costs.

  1. Refund processing for debit/credit cards is managed solely by the card service provider.
  2. Nationalized Banks may take longer due to internal processing timelines.
  3. Banks usually notify via SMS only if the refund is more than ₹5000. For smaller refunds, check your bank statement.
  4. If you used a Coupon Code or Store Credit, the refund will be returned in the same formnot as cash, per legal guidelines.

Q: Are there any deductions or charges in refund processing?

Credit Card Payments:

  • A 10% fee (5% during payment + 5% during refund) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Alternatively, opt for Store Credit to avoid these fees and receive 100% refund value.

Bank Transfers:

  • Refunds for payments made via bank transfer will be issued to the same bank account from which the payment was originally made.
  • No refunds will be made to alternate bank accounts.

International Transaction Fees:

  • Cross-border fees charged by your bank will not be refunded.
  • These are levied by your bank, not by Aumkar Jewellers.

Local Taxes/Duties:

  • VAT, customs duty, and import taxes are to be paid by the customer as per local laws.
  • Aumkar Jewellers will not refund these charges.
