Shipping Information

  • Free shipping is available to all postal addresses within India.
  • For international shipping, a flat charge of ₹5500 plus 3% insurance on the order value will apply.

Does Aumkar Jewellers deliver internationally?

  • Yes, Aumkar Jewellers delivers internationally.
  • Note: We currently do not offer delivery to Pakistan.

How to track an order status?

  • A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and courier details will be sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 business hours to become active on courier websites.
  • Orders can also be tracked via your account or the Order Status page on our website.

Vat and Custom Duties

  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other local charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • In case of incorrect addresses or refused deliveries, all return shipping costs, duties, and re-shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.

GST Compliance

  • We strictly follow Indian GST guidelines.
  • GST invoices are provided for both B2B and B2C orders.
  • B2B customers must provide their registered GST details at the time of purchase.

Transit Times

  • Orders with two or more items may be delivered in separate packages.
  • Items may arrive on different days due to varying availability or different shipping locations.
  • Products are often packed and shipped individually for added safety during transit.
  • It is normal to receive multiple deliveries for a single order.

Transit Risk

  • All parcels are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.
  • If the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss — the in-transit risk is borne by Aumkar Jewellers.
  • However, Aumkar Jewellers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered and left at the customer’s address by the courier or postal agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details

  • You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.
  • This email contains the tracking number, courier website details, and the expected delivery date.
  • You can also track your order via our Order Status page or by logging into My Account on our website.
  • Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to activate on courier websites.
  • Please report any issues within 24 hours if you notice any discrepancies in parcel delivery.
  • An order delivered email will be sent once the courier confirms delivery.
  • If you have not received your product within 5 working days of receiving tracking details, please check the shipment status or contact us for assistance.
  • Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation email; claims made after this period cannot be entertained.

Address Change Requests

  • Once an order is registered, no alterations can be made.
  • Address changes may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To request an address change, please email us promptly, and we will do our best to assist.

Multiple Address Order

  • Shipping to multiple addresses in a single order is currently not available.
  • To send products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Some courier companies may charge a penalty if the shipping address and zip code do not match.
  • Customers are responsible for all such penalties and fees; Aumkar Jewellers will not bear these costs.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
  • If a reshipment is necessary due to incorrect address, customers must pay the re-shipping charges.

Packing Method

  • Each product is carefully packed in custom-designed jewellery boxes.
  • For added protection, orders may also be packed in corrugated boxes.
  • All shipments are sent via air courier services.

Time to Ship

  • Estimated time to ship is mentioned with each product image.
  • These times are indicative and approximate, and may vary based on item availability and other factors.
  • For a more accurate shipping estimate, please email us with the item codes before ordering.
  • We strive to offer fast processing, with most orders processed within 48 hours of placement.

And in case there is a delay in Shipping?

  • If there is a delay due to an item being out of stock or unusual order fulfillment issues, we will notify you by email.
  • Orders with multiple items may be delivered in multiple consignments based on item availability.
  • In some cases, if we cannot fulfill part of your order within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund for the unfulfilled items.
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control may occur; refunds and returns will not be entertained in such cases.
  • However, store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis, which can be used for future purchases.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: The address linked to your credit card or payment method where you receive billing statements.
  • Shipping Address: The address where you want your order to be delivered.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait 15 days before reprocessing or reshipping the order.
  • All parcels are fully insured at no extra cost to the customer.
  • If there is any extra insurance cost, we will inform the buyer in advance.
  • If the courier fails to deliver the parcel, you do not suffer any loss — the in-transit risk is borne by Aumkar Jewellers.
